SureSail Ltd offer the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel. Buyers should appoint a surveyor to investigate and satisfy themselves that the vessel is of the condition expected. This vessel is offered subject to prior sale, price change, or withdrawal without notice. Whilst we try to obtain documentation from Vendors it is advisable to check what is available before travelling to view or making an offer. All brokerage boats are subject to a retained commission based on a percentage of the sales price or minimum charge of £800.00 as per the sales agreement taken at the listing stage. We also provide a service for signing on behalf of a seller with the sellers emailed or written permission should the seller not be available at the sales process stage at an additional cost of £350.00. All funds transferred to the seller are less retained commissions and additional costs.
